MANGO PAPAYA LIONS MANE  SHRIMP CEVICHE

SERVES 4

4 oz                      Fresh Lions Mane Mushroom, small dice

4oz                        Cooked, peeled cocktail Shrimp

1 cup                    Mango two medium, peeled and diced

1 cup                    Papaya one medium, peeled and diced

½ cup                   Sugar free tomato Catsup

3 oz                      White or Red Onion, Diced

¼ cup                    Cilantro leaved, small chop

¼ cup                    Lemon Juice, fresh

 

Sauté diced Lion’s Mane mushrooms till light brown in light oil, or roast in 350 degrees oven for 20 minutes, turning half way. Mix all ingredients together, and chill for half hour. Serve with Chips. Enjoy!
